- kalik senna Review added: 2018.02.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This surgery needs to be closed down or taken over, but something really needs to be done about the despicable way in which patients are being handled by this surgery.
The Doctors arrive - or take a leisurely stroll into the building at approximately 09:15 - 09:25 walking past the patients sitting in the waiting room since 08:50.
The attitude of some of the nurses is really something else, like from an Alfred Hitchcock movie or something. The reception staff seem to have given up trying to make the place work many decades ago. New receptionists start at this surgery with happy hearts and full of enthusiasm, then within a couple of months they have had enough of it and it shows too.
Take this away with you if nothing else, seeing your GP walk past you, with his head held down looking at the floor, sometimes half an hour after your appointment time, then your not even the first, second or even third one in to see him. Need i say more ?
